After a Rebuild I got Codes

SUBJECT: 1997 v6 3.8L with caramel/coffee shake mix all through the engine.
FIX: I dis-assembled the engine, flushed and cleaned everything re-gasketed everything, re-placed the water pump while I was at it and carefully re-assembled the engine.
RESULTS: Awesome! Engine starts, runs and purrs like a kitten on steroids.
BUT...I have four codes including a P0135, P0136, P0141 and P1131 (I can't find this one in my manuel).

I think that the 135, 136 and the 141 were caused when I disconnected the sensors upstream and downstream of the Catalytic Convertor...Does that sound reasonable??...and what is the liklihood that those codes will clear after sufficient data has be re-stored in the onboard computer?

Any suggestions?? And does anybody know what the P1131 code is??

Have you tried disconnecting your battery for a little while to clear the codes?

COuld the computer have lost all of the stored data and therefore triggered an engine code from simply disconnecting those sensors during my re-build?

I agree with this, especially since I recall replacing one or two of the sensors a while back (within the last two years...real low mileage since then) and when I did the rebuild I also rebuilt the fuel injectors with new o-rings and caps and cleaned em up a bit...

When the code description indicates "Bank 1" what are they referring to? What is Bank 1 vs Bank 2?

...and hypothetically speaking, IF the upstream O2 sensor was bad at either the electrical connection end of it or the actual sensor part of it could that cause a fault reading at the downstream sensor just because it is in line?

Do buy anything else yet. Just clear the codes and see if any come back.

I have the same P1131 code & haven't been able to get rid of it yet. I tried clearing it, no luck. I changed my tune, no luck. Tried cleaning the fuel system, still nothing. The car's running fine, but that code is bothering the hell out of me. Lol, I'll let you know if I figure out for sure what it is on mine.. There's a load of things it can be, tho =/

My biggest problem is that it failed the Massachusetts Emission test for its annual inspection because of those codes so now I have a "R"ejected sticker for 60 days until I have to have it repaired and reinspected. So I have 60 days to figure out what I am gonna do.
