nope....different offsets...they will both fit your car but to look right you'll want spacers on the 05+ wheels

i'd buy them then at that price....you can run them w/o spacers but may rub slightly on tight turns on the front until the spacer goes on and the rears will fit no problem..they will just look a bit sunken in until at least a 1" spacer is added

By sunken you mean like close into the center line of the vehicle....the spacers would go between the whels and the axle? So i'd need 1 or 1.5 inch spacers?

correct...1" should make it look much better...1.5" should just about flush them with the fenders

Just to clarify on the rubbing (since I bought my car with S197 Bullitts on it and they're back on it now), the front wheels will only rub when you have them completely turned and even then it's pretty minor.

Thanks for the info. I am waiting to hear back from the guy about the wheels. Im shopping for spacers right now. Wondering if it is going to be cost effective to buy these wheels and spacers or just keep shopping around for the right wheels for my car that won't require spacers.

I love wheel spacers! I had them before....but sadly they add more weight on the wheels... A good 3-3.5 lbs... With our cars having so little power, you wouldn't want the extra weight... (may not be a biggie for you )

I suggest you just keep searching for NE wheels...

Well if it was a weight issue, I could always take the spare out of the trunk, lol

Just a heads up, weight in the rear isn't always a bad thing. Depending on what you do to your car, you might need some weight to keep your tires from spinning when you launch.

Im really just wanting a style change. You can see the stock wheels I have in the avatar pic, but the ones I was looking at are a Bullitt Style.

Sprung weight(ie... spare tire, heavy seats) is alot different than rotational weight(ie. wheels, driveshaft, flywheel etc..) Which is why you want lighterflywheel, clutch assembly, driveshaft, lightened gears, wheels..
sprung weight does not effect power output like rotational weight does. I've ran them on other cars, its not that big of an impact but you can tell on the butt dyno..lol..
