I don't imagine it would be all that difficult. If you decide to do it yourself, disconnect the battery and let the car sit for a little bit before you start fucking with it. The last thing you want it to catch an air bag in the face (trust me, it fucking hurts).

It looks like you have to buy the steering wheel and airbag separate... Hopefully nobody else bids so you can get them cheaper...

Disconnect battery. Remove airbag(2 8mm bolts. One on each side of steering wheel behind circular tab). Disconnect one connector. Loosen torx bit screw (t-45 I believe). Rent steering wheel puller. Remove wheel with puller. Install new wheel. Put your airbag in. Connect battery. Its really simple just do it yourself.
