whining noise...


Lately i've been hearing a whining noise at the motor bay could this be a pulley? give me opinions..... and no I dont have a s/c

lol nop no brake cause it when i'm at idle without pressing anything and its not clutch related or something maybe the pulleys idk

that's what i thougth but the sound is not coming from the alternator could it be a pulley and when i accelerate my car it gets a bit louder and noooo plz I will pray 4 the alternator It just got fix like 2 weeks ago and its brand new

Nope if it s a "whirrrr" type noise and it gets louder as you rev -

Alternator

so return it.

sometimes you get a dud alternator.

i will need to check with my godfather cause his the one that bougth the alternatore since I bougth the car to him... The alternator is from Bosch should I buy the same one or is there one better? i'm asking just in case

there are better ones out there but you will pay pay them.
buy the same one.

sometimes you get a dud with alternators.

Just tell me other brands and specs for the alternator then I will go to ebay and check or just tell my grandma to give me some cash for a repair

they come in amps

I don't know of any other brands other than oem.

i think yours is 130apms.

you could bump it to a 200 amp

Stock Alt is 105 or 110 amps -

[normally anyway]
