usually a 8.8 is used when your r pumping more than 300 h.p on stock idk too much I even dont know our stock rear end... honestly rear ends r not my thing know about gears 4.10 and tlok will be fun... i'm getting 8.8 and 4.10s with tlok but still i'm looking for offers IMO getting the rear end and gears at the same time is better than having gears first and then rear end cause u will be paying for 2 installations that can b done once..... idk wait till tomorrow for opinions from the other guys

well im not going toget the 8.8 unless it comes with the gears and t-loc in it cuz im not going to be pushing that much horse power, i do want the 4.10s and the t-loc eventually though, and our stock gears are 3.37 i believe or something very close to that

grab that it is a good price, it has t-lok and the gears, and it will be about 3-500 for install

well if itwould cost 3-500 for install wouldnt i be better off just going with getting gears and t-loc for the 7.5 since i wont be pushing too much horse power and in the end it would be cheaper

i was gonna say its a direct swap so just get some beer and a bunch of jack stands ... on part comes out the other goes in nothing big...
with the old one clean it up spray it black with rustoleom and sell it for about $100 and send it out in the old box... genius

yeh what onemanzu said just do it yourself its an easy swap, get your haynes manual out if you dont know how to take the rearend out, then just bolt the bigger one back in, me and my dad did this with my car, accept we put a stock one back in it, the old was junk. but yeh all you really needs is some jack stands and floor jack to roll the old rearend out from underneath the car.
