Yea, i was thinking about these since i could take them off for inspection.

at the first post....i had really darked tint headlights and with 55w HIDs i hated the output...traded them for OE housings at a gas station with another mustang lol. just depends on how dark...those smoked covers are gonna be dark so HIDs or bust unless you want to remove the covers at night

at the second post...i'd rather have smoked fronts and red tails then those rear covers...why can't you vht your tails or order a vinyl set..sounds silly to me

Don't do covers. I had covers for about a week on my headlights and it absolutely killed my output, even after my retrofit.

i have the same rotors and they get the job done... but will i buy them again? nope!

if i do it again im getting slotted powerslot rotors

i might even go for oem style lol cause its not worth it for the extra money

I assume you bought the head lights just to burn them, to show the corporate machine that you can't be stupid enough to just buy and use every ugly awful mod they try to sell us. Way to make a statement.

its my parents. they r worried that i will get rear-ended because my tails are going to have shit output. also i have 35w HID's so i'm not worried about output on the headlights. also they were worried that it wouldn't pass inspection.

My friend got rear ended with tinted tail lights (really dark) and it wasn't a no fault for him, even though he got rear ended, he said it had something to do with the other driver claiming they couldn't see his bulbs. Not sure if laws vary state to state though.
