hmm that happened to me and i left true duals with 40's and no midpipe... i got the pacesetter LT headers with no egr and i deleted the whole EGR system all together it really cleans up the engine bay and its not hard. i over thought it for like 3 months and when i finally did it it was like wow that wasnt that bad. it sounds real good too

ok so heres the deal, im ordering the pacestters tonight and have a few questions. Im running divorced duals with this new setup so ill have no egr or cats at all, i already have an sct tuner from AM so can they send me a tune that i can load thatll tell the computer i dont have an egr or cats? And how hards the install? I was thinking about installing them, putting some flex pipe on until i get to the shop and see if they can weld some pipe in for me under the counter? No place within 60 miles of me will install these longtubes so im pretty much having to do it myself with some friends, any help is definately appreciated guys!

yes they can send you a retune to shut off the rear O2's and tell the computer about the removed EGR so it can work around it

as for the install you just have to undo steering shaft on drivers side and remove dip stick tube (which by the way is a bitch to put back in with headers) take your time and don't bend/brake it, other than that its pretty easy over there

the passenger side was a little more involved, you have to raise the motor a couple inches to get it in, i took it to someone to do because i didn't want to chance messing it up doing it alone, with friends and a couple jacks it should be easy though, but other than the clearance on install it will be ok to do, especially since the egr is removed it makes getting the bolts in so much easier, good luck man!!
