Any boosted v6's on the board?
Seen a few threads and such regarding boost and was wondering if anyone has actually went through with it.
I myself have been boosted since I bought this car. Did have a procharger and now have a turbo.

sounds like a nice project. but i wouldnt have the patience to do it. New rear axle is the main reason.

I've got to get the body work on my car fixed, then I'll be getting a turbo, either ordering a kit from Kyle or attempting to fab one myself but I'm hoping to have one by new years if work stays steady this winter

yeah its a bolt on. but the 7.5 rear axle is stressed by the HP increase. which is why people get 8.8 rear axle $$$$

the remove and replacement of the rear is easy peasy man. If you can change a starter or an alternator, you can do a rear.

I'm running on my 7.5" rear. 373s and has a detroit locker. It has withstood a ton of abuse
![]() 3yrs on this setup now and doesnt whine a bit. I'm more concerned with the 28s stock axles.

I'll let you know tomorow... we're picking up my other engine tomorow (supposed to have been today) but my clutch upgrade job wasn't done yet . Trading him a websie and marketing print materials for his machine shop for the turbo job.

Well good luck man. It's not to bad fabbimg the hotside. The hard part is the headers imo and dp if you dont have a lift. The pass side header is a pita trying to clear the motor mount.
