V6 Info... The Bible of sixers

only in 04 did they make 3.9L
from half of 00 most 99-00 hav same crank set up
01-04 have slight different crank design if you've notice if you've ever looked into or bought underdrive pulleys

but the only power difference is the 3.9L 2004 V6

Thanks.. What would the specs be on a 3.9l?

that or not stock, the 3800 is a great motor to mod, and is very acceptable of mods, it doesn't take much to make them faster.

a z28 and ss are not the same. they have different suspension and gears. its not just an appearance package. they also have more hp cuz of the scoop on the ss. i hate to admit this on a v6 mustang forum, but im actually selling my sixer for a z28 or ss camaro/trans am or ws6 firebird. theres no replacement for displacement, lol

thats cool w.e some people want worse gas milage... i was one for a few days then i realized if i got a 4.2 fully built that it would be cheaper and just as capable as a 350 almost... i would almost stand a chance

until I got sponsored I was looking for a ws6 TA they look better than a maro IMO and I love pontiac, but SS hasn't meant anything really since 78 they do have suspension and gears, but you can get the gear and suspension upgrade on the z28 but the hood, rims and interior was SS specific

the gears im selling are 4.10s for the 28 spline 7.5" axle, i still have them for sale pm me if you want them

in 97 the sixer had 150 hp while in 98 the sixer had 160 hp.
