another exhaust question

i think im going to get flowmaster super 44's, straight pipes with a crossover. and im going to get the guy to cut the Y off of it. ok so here is my question(s). What size pipe should i run? use 2 mufflers correct? <-- stupid question i know, but if I am not sure im going to ask. and do i need all 4 cats on there or can i get rid of 2 and leave the other 2 on?

2 pipes = 2 mufflers, use 2.25in pipe mayb 2.5 at the biggest

I went 2.5 and I feel like I have a honda down low its great once I get power tho...most people go 2.25...
