pulleys
i just bought them of vmp tuning!!... i even got the alt pulley... i wont need to update my x-cal 2 will i? i doubt i will but u never know... im going to try and install them my self... is that a bad idea? i doubt its hard but is there any trucks that would b helpful during the install?? thanks guys (i cant wait)

Its a pretty straight foreward install...if you have an auto you will probably need an impact wrench, and I didn't re-tune my car after the pulley

Hmm...it should be easier to get the stock one to come off, on the auto iw wouldn't budge...other than that its the same install, and sice you have a 2000 I hope you got the right balancer

Yeah damn 2000's they have two versions of every mod I have minus the tuner...but your good in that case

Yeah I love it too,just not the price of mods, but its fun and gives you a cool feeling of accomplishment

Yeah...for some reason my belt had to settle then I noticed a lil extra power...mine seemed to make that full 8-14 hp at 4-4.5k though...cool thing is the pulley is supposed to put it to the wheel

From what I've read...I haven't had in on a dyno though, it is a mod you feel so it makes sense

hmm either way it was something iv been wanting cause one of my pulleys (i think the crank) was squeaking and it was getting annoying! lol
