Hi, not sure if I'm posting this in the right place, but I seem to be having a intermittent problem with the wipers, washer fluid and AC fan in my 2010 v6. Recently I went to squirt the washer fluid and noticed it didn't work, I tried the wipers and they didn't work, I also noticed that the AC fan wasn't going. Once I got home I started the car again and everything worked fine. Just went to the dealer, but they could not duplicate the problem, they checked the fuses for issues, moisture etc and found nothing, no TSB's either. then this morning it happened again, this time I shut the car off and restarted it and of course everything worked as it should have. I have a Bama 93 race tune but that shouldn't affect this (other than being a pain to restore to stock every time I go for service). Otherwise I've done nothing to the car. I'm thinking a bad relay, I'm still under warranty and I need to get this fixed (it rains a lot here in FL!) but I really don't want to have to keep taking time out of work to go to the dealer. Any ideas?

No seriously, I would check to see if the wipers and windshield fluid sprays are on the same fuse/relay, more than likely is the culprit, AC fan could be of some separate issue. Does the ac fan, wipers, and squirters work find at the same time and then not work at the same time?

Thanks, I was trying to post there, but must have missed it. In answer to your question, yes, they either all work or all don't work...supposedly the dealer couldn't find a fuse issue, I didn't think of the relay until today, so I guess I'd have to find out if they are on the same one, sounds like they'd have to be for all three things to fail at once. Where would I go to get info on how this is wired?

Haynes manual has pretty good diagrams on wiring. maybe Ford could give you a print out from their parts dpt to.
