Never heard of anyone using that term. Interesting. I believe it was an 8" pulley... it was YEARS ago when I did it.
I still had no reason to intercool. I got the power I wanted out of it. I wasn't chasing numbers at that point, I was making it usable.

I hear ya. I'm just surprised the temps were that cool when spinning the blower that hard (if it was a 2.8" blower pulley, 8" crank pulley, and no jackshaft, that's a 2.85:1 drive ratio). In relation, I was seeing 180* ACT's at the end of the track on 90* days with a non-intercooled 2.1L KB twin-screw on my 5.0L DOHC stroker with a 1.73:1 drive ratio (5 psi). Since then, I installed a meth injection system and bumped the drive ratio up to 2:1 (10 psi). Now I see 140* at the end of the track on 90* days with twice the boost. I know it's apples to oranges, but I'm just surprised by the low temps you were seeing.

Everyone was.... and that is one of the biggest issues we had: dispelling all the incorrect "facts" people assumed about these set ups.

I would see how it is running with the emailed tune to decide if you can drive it. Im not sure how close it will be but i would guess you will be okay, I would just baby it until you had a proper dyno tune. If you got to excied and broke something after all of your work you would be a bit upset

LilRoushe do you have a sort of step by step instruction sheet pointers or build list for this? I have my m112 already and am determined to build this... But then again it will be my 1st big mechanical project. Tanks in advanced
