Is this the stock Serpentine Belt?
I was looking at getting a new belt today just as preventative measures and when I looked at shop they didn't look like this. My current one has angled grooves in it and the replacement belts are well uniform i guess you could say.
![]() Is that the stock belt?

looks like your previous owner changed it...if it looks ok i'd just leave it...no need to replace it with something when it's not broken or is showing signs of premature wear

That's likely a Goodyear Gatorback belt. They have angled grooves like that.

Cool thanks, i was nervous since it didn't quite look like a normal belt. Is that a good belt to use then? It doesn't show any signs of wear or squealing etc.

Yes, those are pretty decent belts. As long as it isn't all cracked up, it's fine.

Had one on my car when I bought it, it was missing 9 rows of teeth so it would Click and make scary sounds when the car was running.
Took me 2 weeks to figure out what the F*** it was.
