i would start with a new ignition system (coil, wires and plugs)
tuner cai ud pullies exhaust system (long tube headers, h-pipe, and catback)...your basic bolt ons...then after a while i would do gears t-lok new intake, heads, stroker or forced induction (last 2 is if you have the money to spend)

I would go with standard bolt-ons: Intake, Exhaust, and Tuner.

my point is...people will think twice about your car..........nitrous purge kit is just gay if your not actually spraying....at least the slicks do something...the wheelie bar and chute are to just say damn that car is probably fast as hell....just seeing slicks on a Mustang says something mean about it

those mods r ok... but I would get a 4.2 in there. F.Y.I a 4.2 is a 3.8 stroked so all the mod u do to your 3.8 can be later change to the new 4.2 and the engine can be found at 1,999 in www.precisionengines.com

Parachute on the car? I was saying put the parachute on me! Add some ejection handles and a plexiglass top that blows off in an emergency.

Nobody with mess with you. They'd think you where frieken wack! Drive around with a parachute on your back. LOL!

And just to mess with them more, put the wheelie bar on the front of the car.... and while your at it, put the drag wheels on the front too.

Then put a nylon over your head and get one of those bumper stickers that say "I like to phone your Mom". And drive fast as hell backwards everywhere you go.

This will give you some basic information on the 4L SOHC engine and possible mods. It isn't going to be as easy as the 3.8L
