Clutch Slipping

Normally upon 3/4 throttle to WOT in every gear (1st not quite as much for some reason...) my clutch slips... the rpm's hold for a second then it grabs and starts to go. Clearly not good.

I don't think the clutch needs to just be trashed yet, it has a little under 40k on it. However it is 3-way adjustable, I'm just no expert on which way to adjust. Looking for some advice from those who've used these adjusters before I just go to trial & error.

Setup:
SPEC Stage I Clutch kit
Steeda adjuster kit (Cable, Firewall adjuster, quadrant)
Steeda Pedal Height Adjuster.

No noises from TOB, nothing odd or wrong other than the slippage.

Thoughts? From what I heard when I installed it it's best to set the cable at about its center of adjustment, then use the firewall adjuster to fine-tune it. This hasn't really worked so far. Slack the cable? Tighten the cable? Clockwise or counter-clockwise on the FW adjuster?

If don't have any freeplay in your clutch pedal then you need to loosen the cable until you get some freeplay in it, as your clutch disk wears the pressure plate fingers will stick out farther and take up the freeplay until there's none left at which point the clutch will not fully engage.

If you have freeplay in the your clutch pedal then you need a new clutch.
