I can't imagine that any legit shop will cut springs, nor can I imagine that it'd be any cheaper than buying a set of lowering springs and a basic craftsman handtool set and doing it yourself.
Don't get me wrong, I'm one of the guys that doesn't have a problem with the idea of cutting springs, but the reason you cut springs is because it's cheap (or there's no lowering springs available)... paying someone else to do the labor defeats the entire point.

^ yea that's a good point, and you will do fine without cc plates, and you need to get it aligned if it really needs it, I haven't got mine aligned yet because I haven't felt no reason to, it drives the exact same but then again I have different springs then you do so Idk in your situation

Rev hit it on the head. Even if a shop would (I doubt any legit places would, esp. over the table) it would probably be just as much as getting a set of new springs.
CC plates aren't really necessary until about 1.5" lower. I'm about 1.75" lower (measured at side skirt) and I couldn't imagine life without CC plates. Check craigslist/Ebay, you may find a decent set of used springs. The install is not difficult, you don't even need a spring compressor (they actually make the job more difficult).

Cast and camber plates arnt necessary but it be a good idea to get them otherwise u risk wearing down your tires a lot faster than you'd think. Again not necessary but good to have

only if you can't get the alignment correct.

you do need an alignment after. the caster is usually fine but the camber is the main problem when lowering. if you cut 1.25 coils off the front and 1 off the back (which is the most common amount) you need to get camber bolts and an alignment otherwise you can kiss your tires goodbye. and all you need are a few wrenches, jack, jackstands, and a metal hack saw or die grinder/cutting wheel. improvise lol.

Do I need an alignment even if my car drives exactly the same?

Yes. Your toe is fine which is why your car won't pull, however you camber isn't which, if you keep riding like that, your tires will be gone in no time

buy an angle grinder for $25 from a hardware store and you've got the tools now to cut your springs...

Depends, aesthetically it gives ur cobra's the look of having fat rears ( I got spacers they look pretty bad ass) but if you are lowered I'd say you shouldn't cuz u risk ur tires rubbing ur fenders wen u go over a bump. Can always be fixed by rolling ur fenders

After I get my car running right and get this clutch put in, Spacers in the rear are on the top of my list of Visuals..

It's weird my front ones are perfect but my backs don't sit flush and the back I only cut 1 coil of so it still has a good amount before hitting or scraping anything I think
