The hood or the top of the intake?
The answer is no to both lol. The hood rubs on my elbow coming out of the TB a bit though.
The strut brace has a very tiny bit of clearance over the windstar.
I'd take a pic to show you but I don't have my car so

Its cool, when i think about it i would imagine almost all strut tower braces would fit over the windstar unless its a heavy duty bar.

Yeah, I think people think the issue is that the windstar sits up a bit higher than the stock intake, but the difference really is not that much. Only reason the windstar has hood clearance issues is the throttle body/intake pipe.

is the 65mm throttlebody worth getting as well in addition to the windstar?

I have the angled spacer, the 90* elbow still rubs a bit on my hood.
and I'd say the 65mm TB is a nice upgrade, I have one.
