Questions About Dash Cover
My mechanic told me that I should get a dash cover of some sort to protect the dashboard on my 2001 Mustang. The dash looks great now, and it isn't cracked or chipping or peeling or discolored. I'd like to keep it that way, should I take his advice and get a dash cover? My parents Kia has a dash that is lifting and peeling terribly, I don't want that to happen to mine.
I've researched that Coverking Custom Dash covers are good, and only $30 in any color. Do any of you have pics of any dash covers on Mustangs? I'd really appreciate some pictures so I can decide what I want to do. Thanks in advance.

Yeah, I thought they may have looked sort of bad, but I honestly have never seen one on a Mustang, and I couldn't find any pictures
Hell, it's been in Florida since 2001 and it's in great shape, I guess its fine.

If it looks gay then I don't want to waste $30 dollars on it. Thanks for the answers.

Haha, I don't plan on crashing any time soon.
Now if I could just fix the door panel things, they are sort of loose, seems like the glue stuff is wearing off, any ideas for a quick fix?

It will eventually crack if the car is left out in the sun a lot, but to my knowledge our dashes are less susceptible to cracking than vehicles like the 2G Eclipses (hell, the corners of their air bags peel up too).

*off topic* Kronic, how much do your wheels weigh? and i just noticed that your hood is not the correct height from your pictures. it looks like it sticks up some.
