Newbie awesome site.

First just wanted to say awesome site. I was looking up troubleshooting and came across this site, I have an 07 v6, got hit by an uninsured driver so I had to fix my car myself so I figured good time to tear it apart. I bought a Cobra R body kit it's installed. But now I'm gonna have to take it to the dealer to reset it I guess. I had the battery disconnected for 2 months. Now everything comes on just wont start checked fuses, relays, wires....no luck. I will post results Monday, maybe keep someone from same mistake. I disconnected the neg cable only... Who knows lol

first off welcome...

second post pics of the car...sounds weird for that body on that model

third...have the battery tested and then put it on a trickle to let it recharge

forth...did i say welcome

Thanks for the welcome guys! I tried uploading pics but it won't let me from iPhone. I'll try when I get in tonight on my computer. Yeah I replaced battery, check fuses, switched relays, turned key on make connection at starter with wire it spun over but wouldn't start. I'm pretty stubborn I've finally given up no telling what the deal is. Sucks lol going to dealer Monday hopefully nothing major!

And upload pictures to photobucket or some file sharing site, than copy and paste the img code here. If I want something from my iphone, I'll email it to my self, pull it up on my computer, upload it to photobucket, and C&P the img code into here. It sounds like alot, but it is very quick and simple.

Yes Yes!! Thank you little 8 pound baby Jesus!! I kept looking for a wire or something, and I found a ground wire by the radiator that fell out of view. I couldn't hook it up quick enough lol! Started right up!

thanks for the help on photos too, and yes that's the kit I have I bought the bumpers, fenders, hood scoop, side rails, and side scoops. I elected not to put side scoops on just didn't like so I took them off. Was gonna do stripes but after seeing a mini van with stripes in the beginning of the project so I scratched that idea and kinda went with the less is better approach. I'll get some pics up by tomorrow. Thanks again!!
