Couple questions

First: Is there anyway to lubricate the steering column bearings? Im getting a rubbing/squeaking sound as of late.

Second: Why does my belt keep slipping after going through the smallest of puddles, slowly. The tensioner was replaced not too long ago, along with a new belt.

spray the pulley with wd-40 because there may be getting some water in it, then put some grease where water could be entering and making it squeak. (I'm no expert, i'm just guessing)
