Yes, though some swear by brake cleaner and stuff to clean it just that extra bit. I cleaned mine two days ago, pretty simple and used CRC MAF cleaner. Works alot better now, very stable idle.

Two 8mm 5/16 bolts and make sure not to drop the gasket.

yes.. right on the sensor itself.. dont hold the can right on top of it.. but keep a good foot foot n a half between the can and the sensor.. the last thing you want to do is damage the sensor by trying to clean it.

There is no sensor...

Douse the crap out of the springs in there. Keep spraying until the fluid drains out clear...

That's not the Idle Air Control, that's the Throttle Position Sensor...

Yes.. but if that sensor is dirty, it can affect the idle just as much as a dirty throttle body itself.. also u shjould never sprey into the throttle body.. unless its off the car.. always spray onto a rag, then wipe!!

it won't do anything negative. If you spray too much it can saturate the heads, but it burns out after a few cranks. Nothing bad will happen.

Yes remove it. It's far enough back in the throttle body you can't get to the parts that need to be cleaned...

you got all the gunk off the spring?

What is it doing that makes you think it is sticking?
