try 10w-30 and see if that fixes your problem.

5w-30 wouldnt stop a leak any better than 5w-20 because they're both 5 weight oils when cold.

a 10w oil will be thicker when the car is cooled down so it it will help stop leaks when the car is off.

A little FYI, the reason the car doesnt leak when its running is because once the oil gets warm it has a weight of "20", hence 5w-20. the reason the car leaks when not running is because the oil is only "5" weight when cold. so its alot thinner when the car is off and cooled down, this makes it easier for oil to seep through seals because its thinner.

PCV valve was just replaced( included with full tune-up ).

I hear ya mustangmike, its driving me insane not knowing where it's coming from. But since my skills are limited to oil changes and brake jobs, I'll try running it with 10W-30 and see what happens.

No. My old V6 leaked oil once in a while and after finding out how much work is involved in replacing the oil pan gasket (have to lift the engine) I decided I could live with a little drip here and there. About 9 months ago I was just driving along (not even hard on the throttle) and all of a sudden my car started losing power. I downshifted, still losing power, popped it into neutral, then the car died. Pulled over and found out that the oil pan gasket had failed and oil was everywhere. Seized 2 crankshaft bearings as well.
