Your not really putting anything together, your just swapping a complete motor from another car. Not the hardest thing in the world to do.

Why does the GT have a salvaged title? For $3K, it looks to be in amazingly good shape.

What? He still has to get it together and make it run. I don't understand why people are giving the OP a hard time. I completely understand where he is coming from and think it's fantastic that he wants to tackle a project of this size. I definitely think more people should learn to do this instead of paying someone else.

im not 100% sure why it has a salvage title. i do know that is why it was turned drag car though. yeah, i know im not actually building it but i am taking it apart and putting it back together which to me means thats i can at least say built not bought.
