Where do we go from here?
Trying to decide where to take my car from this point forward.
Suspension wise, I am done aside from the Subframe Connectors that will be shipping soon. Exterior, I think I am done aside from a cowl hood and maybe changing out the spoiler. I don't want a body kit, think they look bad and I like my 01 Cobra front. My buddy is prototyping a new splitter for the GT front, and we will throw one on mine for the track. If I get a new spoiler, it will either be an 03 Cobra or Flat Black Steeda Race Wing. Interior leaves a lot to be desired. I replaced the carpet last summer and it looks better. Will upgrade to leather seats as soon as I can find some black leather S197 seats for a decent price. Will have the rears recovered to match. Performance is my main thing that I haven't gotten in to. Yes, I have the cam stuff sitting here, another cam about to be sent to me, and and supercharger has been in my position since mid-2009. Just no time to install them, too cheap to take it to a shop, and can't afford the downtime to do it myself. Maybe when it snows. I also have 3.73 gears and a T-Lok ready to go in, again, no time to do it myself and don't want to pay a shop to do it. Not even sure what the meaning of this post was, just thinking about where I want to go from here.

I think you should start looking for a beater then down time wont be an issue.

Scott, thanks for the suggestion, I have a K&N drop-in for now and I am about to supercharge my car, so I have a cold air intake made for the supercharger sitting here. Don't really want to spend money on something I will only use for a few months.

Waiting on my last dealer to get back to me. Almost there.
ESG, just an m112 I got for super cheap off a friend that upgraded to a KB Mammoth. Only has 10k on it so I figure it will be fun for now. May eventually sell it and go bigger, but for now all I want is the 300s.

lol I have everything I need. Not looking for insane power, just more fun factor. If I can get 320+ on the cam, ported heads, and m112, I'll be fine.
My buddy already had this blower maxed when I got it from him. Got 39# injectors, ported plenum, ported throttle body, the blower, the inlet, the pop-off valve, and a 2.8 pulley for $300. Local guy was selling his Supercar Fuel Pump set-up, talked him down to $100 for both pumps, then turned around and sold one of them for $150 to a guy on v6power.com. My business manufactures JLT-style intakes for 03 Cobras. Using that. I made my own IAC relocation. I made my own intake adapter. I got a 42% underdrive pulley off 3.7 for $100. I am porting my own heads with the help of my buddy who owns a porting shop here locally. Got my cam off 3.7 for $60 shipped. $65 for valvesprings and Retainers at wholesale for $6. I bought my Diablosport predator off M1R for $25 because the guy thought it was a paperweight. He switched to an SCT and thought the guy that tuned his car just overwrote the Diablo Tune. Turns out he returned the car to stock first and the guy didn't know. Local dyno tuner is willing to tune my car for $225. So I will have less than $1000 in this whole swap.

300-350ish rwhp on a relatively simple (by that I mean compared to going turbo) build does not seem to be a waste of money to me. Hell stock 3.8s with just the m112 reach around 275 and some close to the 300 rwhp mark.

yea, starting the cam install soon, just working on porting my heads now. Once that is done the cam will go in followed soon by the M112.

car is pretty much stock with exhaust and lots of suspension stuff. As soon as I start doing work I will.
I just got the heads today. Going to start porting tomorrow probably. Will take lots of project pics.
