E Brake Upgrade?
Hey guys,
I searched the forum but couldn't really find the answer I was looking for. My sixer needs a new e brake and I wanted to get one from a cobra for the leather handle. Will that fit directly into mine without needing any modifications? My car is a 96 so I am looking at any cobra handles from 94-98. Thanks for any help. |

The cable broke and for the price of a cable I found a cobra handle with the cable for just a few bucks more. I thought for the leather handle it would be a nice upgrade.

I believe any SN95 one will work. you don't have to change the eBrake to upgrade to Cobra brakes, so you shouldn't have any issues fitting a Cobra cable on normal brakes.

Any 94-98 ebrake handle should fit no problem. Go ahead and pick up that Cobra handle. I've always been a fan of the leather boot on them.
