Little more definitive on 'cruncy'. What else is happening? You say it works fine, any noises or any other signs to help describe this?

I would have a look around the clutch cable and see if there's dirt built up around the area that the cable goes through the firewall or something. "Crunchy" is not a good sign if it's happening somewhere within the clutch disc/pressure plate area.

Speaking of Clutches and Problems..

My clutch Cable no longer "self Adjusts" itself.
Their is a LOUD squeek.

I Crawled up under the car while it was running, And when it was not.

I can grab the part the Cable is attached to and move it and it makes the squeek.
WTF is causing that? Its SUPER loud while Driving. Almost like a bad Bearing. But its not since i can make it squeek by moving it.. D:

Also, If I Move the pedal at all, Even with my Pinky finger, It stops the squeak when the car is running. its almost like its just a hair bit off..

I have a lot of play in the Clutch pedal, Which means I probably need a new cable right?

Yup the cable stretches over time. A new cable and quadrant should fix it

Skargon...see if you can order a cable quadrant combo from Advance or Autozone...i know we carry cables for 3650s in stock with metal quadrants...dunno about if they have in the store the one you need for your trans....wouldn't hurt to call and ask...the brand is usually a Zoom Performance product

@OP...pull the dust cover off the trans and look at where the clutch cable connects to the trans...see if anything is binding in there or cable quality

Yeah Skargon seems to be a new cable will do the trick. But as said I'd go for a new quadrant as well, the stock pieces are plastic and tend to flex over time.

OP I'd suggest dust mask and protective eyewear when opening the clutch dust cover, do NOT want that stuff in your oriphices.

Could be the front bearing retainer causing the TOB to stick. I'm not sure if our cars came stock with steel bearing retainers or aluminum ones. Mine has the better steel one but it could have been put on by a previous owner. Anyone know what the stock ones are?

ALSO.. my Dust Shield is gone. Nothing Thurr.
I can see my Clutch Assembly and everything inside the Transmission.

Planning on trying to find one at the Junkyard soon.
Everything inside that hole is a solid sheet of Rust..
