need feedback on engine upgrade i found online?

alright i got a 01 v6 mustang runs great love my car has bbk headers dual exaust the gt body kit ive been pondering on weather its worth really upgrading the engine seems to be just as much as just getting the gt but i dont plan to get rid of her so looking up online i came accross this web site http://www.supersixmotorsports.com/p...1PowerPaks.pdf now im not too savy on engines but im hopeing some of you can give me a good word of advise could what they state be true ? http://www.moddedmustangs.com/forums...s/confused.gif
have any of you used this or know anything about it? if it does what it says it does and adds 80 to 90 hp it the price worth it ? i just really would like some second opinions or should i just sit back add a cold air intake and just enjoy the ride?

More power can be made cheaper imo.
Those powerpacks won't get you anywhere near 80 hp.

No on the power pack idea and to you cold air intake comment...put a cheap one in likenthe one they have on americanmuscle(dot)com its 70 somthing dollars..it won't add hp or tq it just helps the car breath a lot better over a stock air intake/box and just sit back and enjoy ur mustang..its already got duals so pretty much your basic upgrades are done

My best advice is if you not goning to build it and drag race it leave the engine alone (asides from basic maitenance and cold air intake, and put duals on which you've already done) and just enjoy it for what its worth

My only other suggestion is appearence mods

You say gt body kit?? You mean gt rear bumper and chin spoiler or like a roushe body kit or somthing...there is no gt body kit

Now like I said your car can go along way if you keep up with basic stuff ie; oil change spark plug change fluid flush have your shocks replaced every idk how many thousands of miles ect

But make it look good and for what I can give I say

Chin spiler
Hood scoop
Some good wheels
Lower the car like and inch/ inch and a quarter

You get my idea keep it simple

Btw post pics

To summarize you poll v6s are not v8s there not as powerful but when kept up on with everything basic and kept clean and modded apearence wise then they can indeed look sharp but v6s are not go fast cars unless you turbo charge or super charge but even then for that you should do to a gt but let's it not be said it can't be done cuz it can but its more worht your wild to make a gt fast not a 6

Take ur time man and welcome to moddedmustangs where here for you when ever you got a question weither its about basic maintenance with fluid changing to rear end questiong about re building a rear after blowing it like I did hehe lol

But like I siad best thing you can do for your daily driver stand is put duals on and a cheap cold air intake and do some cosmetic mods liek I suggested
Smoked head and tail lights
Chin spoiler
Ect
Now if your draging your car that's a different story
But for you my best suggestion is keep up on maintaing your car which you sound lke you do and you'll be in good shape

As soon as I fix my clyindar problem I'm putting hood scoop on ( I had one on before but wasn't installed properly by previous owner) and getting smoked head and tail lights fog lights 1 inch or so drop and fr500 wheels

Nothing to make it fast but like your poll asked...make heads turn simply cuz it looks nice

But there's a diff between nice and rice lol
