There is no effin way. I got over the mad sensor side as it was only .1" different, but the other side , I'd have to stretchech it at least a half an inch in diameter. It just won't do it

it has to seal tight. It's a close enough difference, there is no other coupling option. It just stretches to fit.

Ok afterb about an hour of tugging and pulling, I finally got it on. Last question, what did u guys do about the puber plug that has no wirres for? Did u leave that plug in or dI'd u plug it with something else?

which plug are you talking about? My assumption is the hole for the IAT sensor? Yes you need to plug that since our IAT is in the MAF. 99-00 has a plug for it.

What i did to plug that whole is i had my intake on the table, put a piece of tape on the inside of the intake covering the hole and then from the outside i injected black RTV silicone into it and let it dry overnight, got up in the morning took tape off and installed it back onto my car, 4 years later it still looks the same, has not moved out of it or anything.

I got a Used CAI from a Member on here, I have to say.. It was a tight fit, But NOTHING like your tight fit.

lol, i was just happy when i finally got it on. love it now, the car dose actually seem to respond a little bit quicker now, and to here that suck air like no other.
