Dual Exhaust Conversion for '00 Stang v6


Well 1st off, i live in California so i have to abide by these emission laws
so on my 6er, im going to leave everything stock (stock manifold, stock Y-Pipe, stock cats) an AFTER the cats im going to throw on the MAC Dual Conversion kit!!!

Don't do that, get a pair of flow master original 40 mufflers and have a shop cut behind ur cats fab up an h pipe and install the flowmaster mufflers

You will be spending about the same but with wwaaaaaay better sound, also I live in Cali and I know it's perfectly legal as long as u leave ur cats untouched

Personally I'd go mandrel bent divorced duals and then get longtubes, you'll get more performance and it'll sound meaner than a H pipe and less restrictive.

Lol haha well like I said have a shop cut off your y pipe after ur cats, have them fab up an h-pipe in its place, and have them install a pair of flow 40s or thrush welded mufflers

He can't go long tubes, we're in Cali they aren't legal

However you can go divorced duals if you wish, probably cheaper
