V6 RIDICULOUS SHAKING

I have a 1999 V6 foxbody mustang 3.8, recently it had been running really hard and shaking a bit, so I change the motor mounts and now the shaking is worse! It Idles ok once it is below 1,000 rpms at 1,000 the shaking is the worst and feels like the car is gonna fall apart once it is above 1,500-2,000 rpms it normal, but it will not rev past 4,000 RPM its as if its hitting the rev limiter (my car is a manual). On top of that there is a slight knocking noise not loud but quiet and faint. I have changed:
the spark plugs
Spark plug wires
Igition coil
Ive cleaned the Throttle bottle
recently I changed the Idle control valve

I am lost and dont know what else to do please someone help me!

and mine shook around the same rpm, and yeah it feels as if the thing is getting read to blow lol

wicked are you referencing the harmonic balancer? if so could the balancer do it every now and then or would it do it all the time?

OP you said you cleaned the throttle body? you didnt by chance happen to turn a screw on the TB by the Throttle cable?

I was just letting him know where the balancer was.

If it was very bad I could see it being constant, but if it's only slightly bad it may manifest itself in harmonics at certain frequencies.

But after re-reading it, I'm wondering about misfire. Does it feel like it's missing? You can usually hear a miss, and it causes large vibration by disturbing the natural firing frequency of the engine.

Have you checked your spark plug gap?

i just fixed a serious vibration problem yesterday. After trying like 5 other things it ended up being my harmonic balancer that fixed the problem

Did you replace the IAC Valve before or after the vibrations started? I've put mine on backwards before and experienced "some" of your symptoms.
Like said above, check the harmonic balancer. If T5 make sure the counter-weight is still on your flywheel. If 4R70W I would suspect the converter.
Otherwise I would have to suggest something internally engine-wise, you don't even want to know those reasons.
If your shaking is as bad as it sounds, I wouldn't drive/run the car more than necessary until fixed.
