5speed or auto?

When it died, did it gurgle out like it was starving for fuel, or just shut off? The IAC it usually falls on it's face when you push in the clutch (5spd) or come to a complete stop (auto).

If it stalled out gradually, could be something else.

I have seen this in a 2003 GT- its like it loses idle, as if the car were to come up to a light, the second RPM's drop, it never catches itself and dies.

Did that with a BAMA tune the first time I put it on the car, it went away after driving for a day.

Slowly revv the car up and down - if it is the TPS you will get a dead spot in the sweep.

ive had this same problem. MAF would be my best guess. for me it was my IAC. and my air filter was terribly old.

ok, so i drove the car home, didnt die on me, but I was dropping it in nuetral everytime i had to stop. It would make a squeking sound and then try to stall out. I managed to keep the revs up so it didnt die. Does that help? Im clueless at this point

Did you use RTV on the gasket for the IAC. Could have a vacuum leak.
