Brakes or wheel bearings

OK. so after spending a few weeks finally fixing my car... It has another problem.
When I first start driving everything is fine and if i stay at low speeds every things seems fine. When I drive 70 for a couple minutes a whinning sound begins and if I am in 5th gear the motor will begin to loose rpms and doesnt have enough power to drive the car. And I not tryna drive 70 in 4th.

It sounds like a wheel bearing whine but is very intermittent. Can a wheel bearing slow me down like that... only sometimes?

Also, the I do know the break caliper sometimes will stick. I just replaced breaks pads and rotors like 6 weeks ago. I have aluminum rims and those will sometimes heat up to much to touch. but they arent heating up as much as before. When I roll in nuetral to a stop I dont just keep rolling, you can feel the breaks stop me even if I dont touch the breaks. If this is the problem why does it sound like a wheel bearing problem?

Should I buy a new caliper or check out the wheel bearing first?

Sounds like your calipers are sticking, once the pads get hot enough they will start to squeal, there's no reason to look for other problems when you know your calipers are sticking. Now you need to find out why your calipers are sticking, are the pistons seized, are the slides seized, or did you damage the brake hoses by letting the caliper fall and put stress on the hoses?

Bad hoses can be intermittent where seized parts are generally a consistent problem.

so heres the deal. I deffinately dont think its wheel bearings

If I let the car sit for a while there are no issues... but after i hit the breaks, both the front calipers ( i didnt check the back) are still actuated...to the point where if the car is elevated and i try to turn the wheels with my hands I can barely do it.

Since both calipers are doing this it the pressure in the lines not being released for some reason? or what could cause this kinda of problem since both calipers have it.

Try taking the caliper guide bolts out and make sure they have anti-seize on them. They could be sticking causing the caliper not to slide freely. most ppl forget to check them when doing brake jobs

your calipers are done. pick up some new calipers and pads and you should be fine. also, (i know it sounds stupid but) make sure that you know that there are inner and outer pads. i didn't know that when i did my front brakes and my drivers side caliper kept locking up for some reason lol. but yea, all of my calipers have locked up at least once and you calipers are locked up. so basically when you are up to speed and you push in the clutch, does it feel as if you have the brakes pushed down?

Green - the answer to your question is yes. My rims even heat up alot. but it doesnt start until the first time i use the brakes.

I see tons of mustangs with excessive break dust on the front wheels and it makes me wonder its a design flaw.

So i have bleed the brakes and that helped with the problem some what ( the fluid was nasty).

I also replaced the master cylinder, which also helped. The brakes are still sticking though and bogging the car down but i can drive alot faster for longer periods of time ( like 80mph) before this becomes a problem. I did also drive my car harder and ride the brakes harder to test the problem after replacing the master cylinder.
It may be possible that the pistons in the caliper are heating up so much that they expand and become stuck in the caliper housing and once they cool down the pads may release from the brake rotor.

I also read that the brake booster push rod could be sticking to far out and pushing on the master cylinder.

I guess i may try adjusting that and if that doesn't work i guess ill replace both front calipers. more $$$$
