The Best/Your favorite Tires --need opinions--

So I tried this type of thread before and it got jacked by you guys bickering and fighting, so here goes another so I can actually get an answer.

All I simply want is to know your best experience with a tire, so talk about

1. road noise
2. comfort
3. treadlife/wear
4. grip
5. rim size and tire size.

thats all i really need to know. so chime in on any of those things. I'm needing to choose tires in the next couple weeks, so lets not let this thread get out of hand. thanks.

btw im going to

BFG or nitto imo. I really like my BFG, they grip amazing. I've heard a lot of good things about nitto though.

+1 on the nittos.

Another great tire is the Hankook RS3, it's almost a full autocross/track tire. Hooks like crazy

Nitto 555's. Mid range price but great performance. Couldn't tell you how long they last quite yet. 245/40/18. Only have them on front right now. Had Nexxen N3000's all around and they lasted damn near forever. Good tire as well but more pricey then the Nitto.

Summitomos = Meh... bard wear and just an "Ok" tires

Nittos - I have had one Nitto and I can tell you it seems to be a lot better than the summitomo in terms of grip and road noise.

Got some Michellins come in soon, will see how they compare.

Riken raptor zr's were great for the short time that i had them. they had some road noise at slower speeds 20-40 but they gripped amazing. on 17's they were on they actually road better than the kumho ecsta ats i have on my 16's. not sure about tread life. another plus around $100 per wheel for 17's new!

I have to vote for the nitto invos for this reason

1. There cheap
2. Quite
3. I have traction at any rate in rain or snows
4. I still have 20% tread left after 20k miles with plenty of traction with the 4.10s

5. They have an aggressive look to them.

The tire sizes are

295 18

you should really look into the rikens they are a little noisy but the grip is orgasmic.
