For that kind of RWHP , You need a Turbo + forged internals (lower compression) Not to mention all the other upgrades : fuel system,rear-end............many more

Do u think the tuner is a must have? can i keep the tunes forever or will i have to take them out once i get FI?

IMO yes, tuners i recomend sniper cause u can save the tunes on the p.c so u can have a lot.. if u alredy got SCT well i dont know

you wont need a new tranny, but a built one will do for that amount of hp. bigger fuel pump because wut good is having 500hp if you can only use 300 of it cuz not enough gas is being fed? 42# fuel injectors, same reason as the fuel pump. and the 3" exhaust piping because it is good til about 600hp than you might even wanna get 3.5" piping
