it's only illegal if you get caught

but like everyone said before, it'd be highly unlikely. something i'm confused about is how all you people with catless exhaust passed emissions testing? i want a catless exhaust, but not if i get fined or something for not passing emissions.

Nebraska has no laws... WOOT! but it sucks cuz my cats abso-positivly suck... i have horrible fumes and smells all up in my cabin and shit... not good... smells like gas... so i need to get the cracks and cats worked on... POS car
