You need to be a little more specific about the suspension componants. Some Cobras have Independent Rear Suspensions starting in 99 and ending with the 04 model year. Depending on what you're talking about, most, if not all, 94-04 suspension pieces will swap between the v6, GT, Mach, and Cobra. They all use the same chassis platform. And a lot of 79-93 (fox body) suspension pieces work too.

this is all i know

The springs are made by Eibach and have part numbers F5ZV-5310-AA (front and stock Cobra Ford part number) and B Mustang 3509( rear). The B indicates special manufacture for the Bondurant Race School Mustang Cobras. The front struts are Gabriel LE10145 and the rears are LE30145.
