engine build
Well, I have the option of buying a 96 v6 engine for $100...nothing has been torqued to spec so I woulnt be using it, but I thought it would be cool to get it so I can learn how to work on engines and have something to do serious mods on(stroke heads cam etc), while my car, which is my dd still runs...what do you guys think?

i would say go for it... thats relatively cheap for an engine... tear it down then build it back and do it over and over.. get to know the engine really good... that would definitely be a plus when it comes time to mod yours

well you do know that your engine is more powerful than that one.. unless you are going to the the split port swap or whatever its called... you gonna do a full build on it with forged internals and stoke it and everything?

I'm keeping my engine for now...I still need to get around. I wanna make this one(I might buy) a beast. I know some people who are good wit engines so they could kinda watch over while I tear it apart and throw stuff in it
