front sway bar

i have a 97 mustang manuel v6
i have been reading and [eo[le have been talking about
removing the front sway bar is that a good idea or not
what is the benefits and the down falls of doing this
and is it hard to do
I have no mods if that matters

not hard...i wouldnt do it to a daily driven car
increases body roll
but helps balance weight from front to back
really only good or benifitial for people who visit the track alot
