Gas pedal lift mod and auto shifting

Would the gas pedal lift mod affect auto shifting since it will open the throttle beyond the stock max point when floored?

nope...get a buddy to press the gas down all the way...(car off) then with your hand press it to see if it can go anymore....you should have any room at all to push it

raising the pedal is just...for what some say "looks"

The reason I am asking is that I have done it already, and my car is shifting a lil past red now when floored.

the mod doesnt change shift points, it does make the pedal "touchy" which some people like more (me). only thing that the mod does is get rid of that slack which is irritating to me
