temp concerns
my mustang had some cooling problems. thermostat was sticking, rad cap wasnt working. we replaced the thermostat and rad cap and had the radiator flushed. yet sometimes my temp gauge will go over into the red, but the car will still run. What can make my car heat up? our mechanic said somethin on the display side was messed up. i dont know what it is. how can i tell if its really as hot as the temp gauge says it is?
im gonna get c-pillar oil pressure, water temp, and some other gauge that might come in handy. the c-pillar piece has 3 gauge holes, i need oil pressure and water temp.. i need one more but not sure what gauge. advice on gauges that i can get that are handy? thanks. |
