No, 30hp won't blow a civic engine.
[actually 30extra hp could blow any engine, but properly setup, tuned, in normal conditions 30hp won't usually be a challenge for an engine]

I dont think its a turbonator, but it think it might be one of those electric superchargers.
Its a waste of money and time, and bandwith
You are probably going to see 100x more acceleration with gears.
Or invest in that laughing gass.
1psi over NA is useless, even on an actual turbo or s/c.
But if it was 8psi over 7psi, thats a noticible increase. Not when its some B.S. site trying to rip you off. im sure everyone else here will say the same.

if you would have paid attention you would notice in my sig that i have a s/c... also you would notice this thread is over a year and a half old
