Installed Sniper....

Just got my tuner a day ago and finally was able to do the initial tune. Let me tell you... this thing rocks. My shifts are spot on, idles like a champ, and the exhaust note deepend. I am working with Jugaloo to make some fine adjustments on my timing and a/f ratio. Also just recieved my BBK intake and that will be on in a day or so. Small steps so far but well on my way.

it was 430 to my door. the mm discount took off approx 75$. the discount and ease of use was the reason i went with this one. the book that comes with it explains (very well) what to do and how to do it.

the only problem with that is how much it is. i would rather go with the xcal2 for 350 from crazylegs

I know everyone says the Xcal is the way to go. I went with what I wanted to get. Im just saying that I like it and wanted to post a little something on it.

No worries though, just my opinion.

I went with the tuner second because i wanted to maximize my bolt ons as I get them. The first was gears and it took care of the spedo problem. My BBK CAI will be next and it has a setting for NA w/CAI. I figured I would get one of the more expensive upgrades out of the way first since I had the cash.

For 430$ to the door I would have bought a LiveWire with no second though. My #1 reason for this?:

Air/Fuel ratio is the mix of gas and air burned that determines the relationship of efficiency to power an engine will produce. The only way to accurately adjust this is with a wideband o2.

yes warrenty, Bullit refills and all that stuff. if you have a tuning issue you have to go through the reseller for support. any tuning issues or if you need pcm templates.
