What are the ranges for these parameters? I use the software package so I'm unaware of the base parameters.

get an Air/Fuel gauge, that could possibly help. My friend did that with his 99 cobra and its mounted where the factory cd player went along with a volts gauge on some tight sheet metal. looks sweet in the black interior. Helped him when he tuned his car.

pointless

anyway, you shouldnt have to mess with your air/fuel as of now. pete had the tunes set to where they set the air/fuel and other limits as wells

here were my results by hand timing

running through first gear with the untouched 87octane tune i ran half a second faster then then stock through first and second gear (still get that fucking rattling)
i messed with air/fuel raised it 2% richer(thought the rattling would stop, and got worse)
axle ratio i put at 3.27 idk if pete had that stock
i forget what else i changed
but it made it worse i went from going from .5 faster through 1st and 2nd gear to like .2 fast which could be all hand timing

this friday im going to try and head to the track or friday see what my real times show up as.

you shouldnt have to touch air/fuel or spark til you go with forced induction or nitrous...and when you do though i believe most companys or kits come wiith free tunes so even then you shouldnt need to mess with it.
or with forced induction or nitrous you usually get it dyno tuned so they mess with it for you

since you have 4.10s you might want to just adjust that on your xcal2 and thats it.

thanks for helping me with the computer shit btw...lol

I used the sniper to adjust my timing using 87. i advanced it a total of 2 degrees (1 degree global, 1 degree for 1-2,2-3,3-4). made a nice difference. idn if it does anything for actual hp, but it made my rig respond allot nicer through all the gears. just my opinion.
