Passenger window does not want to go down

it sucks, my passenger window worked fine, now all of a sudden one side goes down faster than the other, it only goes down about an 2 inches or so then stops, when i try to roll it back up, it stops about an inch to a half inch or so from closing all the way, any ideas???? its a power window and the motor seems to be working just fine. think its off track or something?

could be off track or you just need a new motor

the motors you can get at an auto store(advance auto parts, autozone w/e)

track idk if you can get there. either way you gotta take a part the door bezel to see

the motor works its just the side attached to the car itself doesnt go down as fast, but the other side is going at its correct speed. i couldnt see anything after taking the panel off, then the watershield, is the bezel the next piece of metal?

it sounds like it just popped off track.....take the door panel off and try and get it back on tack but whatever you do dont let it slip all the way down because it might crack and it will be the biggest pain in the ass trying to get it back up.....i know from experiance..lol
