17" rims or 18 inch bullits ?


hey im still torn what rims to get

should i get rims on ebay

17x9 fronts
17x 10.5 rears



or

18X9 front
18x10 rear

shelby torque thrusts from tirerack.com


which do you think is better tire for a 2005 v6 mustang

i would say go with the 17's.

tires are not cheap for 18's.

18s for daily driving

Thats what i've been told in the past atleast?

i can have 19" and still cut trough curbs... it will not hurt performance maybe a lil bit but u ain going to lose 5 h.p


the difference is the bigger the more mass needs to be move... can u lose seriour h.p or is it going to hurt?? not much..

i havent read anyones elses post on this thread but , 17's you wont be disappointed seriosuly. Mine look awsome and there 17x9 and 17x10.5. and you'll save alot of money, but true its the gen. b4 yours so

I have a 2004 and I just put 17's on it... I think they look great... My boyfriend has a 2005... I wouldn't put anything less then the 18's on his car... The 2005 and newer Stangs are a thick car... They need nice tough wheels to go with it... I say who cares about the cost of larger tires... It's the cost of cool... Remember that.

but he DOESNT have a 99-04
have you seen a 05+ with 17s....
