How Do You Remove The Rear Seats

As the title says. How do you remove the rear seats? I heard that this is the only way to get under the rear panel to add deadener to it. I drive a 95 Mustang.

To anyone that knows anything about sound deadening, do you have to actually get to that plastic rear panel or can you just put it over the metal below it for it to work? I don't see why you couldn't but some dude on another site is saying I have to.

i don't know much about the sound material but all you have to do to take your rear seat out is push the 2 clips that are under the seat in.

just feel for them

Cool I appreciate that. So you think that if I put the deadener on the metal then I should be good? I don't see why I would have to put it on the panel itself as long as the material is between the subs and the panel. It should still be absorbing or deflecting the vibrations you know what I mean?

yea... check with the type that you get but 90% of them stick straight to the metal... just with adhesive backing ... and that can go on bare metal thats how most cars come stock
