Pipe diameter for true dual

Hello Vsixers. I have a question that I need some feedback on. I am planning on duals myself. But, what do you recommend as far as pipe diameter? Myself, I would think 2.5" would be to big cutting down on my low end especially since Im not rocking a V8. Any suggestions?

2.25 would be perfect unless your planning on getting a s/c really soon

2.5 its ok but 2.25 if u thinking on n/a we depend on backpressure so dont use 2.5 unless ur going to get a power adder in the future

i think 2.5 also gives some nice sound compare to 2.25 idk y i think like that tho

i did not feel any difference with 2.25 pipes
2.5 will lose some low end back pressure which means....losing power off the line

I think the bigger pipes give me a bit more between 80-110 mph. Thats where I notice the difference. When Im racing down the e-way, I can get away from some "faster" cars when at that speed ( or maybe the other cars are pussies and they dont try to keep up

Thanks guys....I think I will end up going with the 2.5. I DO plan putting a ProCharger on in the future so I guess to save on cost Ill deal with the low end loss for while, If I can feel any at all. Thanks for the replies.
