half shafting throttle body

im trying to halfshaft but im haveing troble with the screws on the throttle plate (probly because they are crimped). whats a good method?

ur going sot have to give them some muscle they are thread locked on there. but find the walk through im interested i the read.

any one who trys this just be careful to not take any more then half the shaft off if you do then the TB plate will bind when your move the throttle.

it splits in the middle. so you only take the side the head of the screws were in. remember to use jb weld or loc tight when you put the screws back in, if you dont some serious shit could go down.

some serious shit eh like a screw or 2 in your intake lol sounds pretty fun

this man speaks wisdom ppl loctite is an essential if you aint got it then go get it and if your TB is out then looks like your walkin

o and when you do this youl need to restart your car (battery off) nd drive around for like 20mins

at first the sevice light came on and it idled at around 25 nd had the whole service light problem. so i fixed that and i'd say it has alittle bit better response. im going to go back to it in a few days and better it up a little bit. not bad for an easy free mod
