replace exhaust manifold


i have to replace my exhaust manifold it has a crack in it and its throwin off the system being the o2 sensor is on the passenger side manifold what do i need to do to get in that tight area, is it really a diff. task to accomplish or can i get it done on a free day? needs to be dont i think the crack has gotten bigger.

this happened to me, sept mine got so bad it completly snapped.

takin the passenger side exhaust manifold is a bitch u should just go get it done. thats wut i did.

while ur at it u might as well upgrade to some mac shorty headers.

its not that hard
i knocked it out in from what i remember like less then 2hrs or about 2hrs

might as well get long tubes or shorties and replace both side though for fun!

how did you get at the headers did yoiu replace from beneath cause thats how i was going to attemp it seems easier that way too much stuff on tope to get tangled in.

ur still gonna have to remove the cai to get at some of the bolts.

its not too hard-

If your gonna do it replace it with long tubes or ceramic shorties because that crack is gonna keep happening!

you'll need to take off the intake
and EGR bar that goes to it.

its not hard ohh and remember to disconnect the battery.. if while removing the header u touch something u could get a short... and its easy thing to do... unless something is stuck
